Flush mounted, with both anchor straps and mounting holes to facilitate installation. Insulated and rated by Underwriters Laboratories for 1.5 hour “B” label in walls, and may be used in a 2 hour fire rated wall assembly. Rated for 3 hours in ceilings by Warnock Hersey. 16 gauge steel frame and 20 gauge steel, welded pan door. Door filled with 2 inch thick fire rated insulation. Door has automatic closure, is self-latching, and has interior latch release.
