Hager 780 Series hinge for high frequency doors or heavy, medium frequency doors. For doors 2″ (51 mm) thick or greater. Material: Aluminum 6063-T6 – 1/16″ (1.5 mm) nominal leaf thickness. Clearance: 5/16″ (8 mm) hinge side plus standard lockside clearance. Fasteners: Dril-Kwik screws. 83″ length. Door/Frame Reinforcement: None required to 200 lbs, heavier weight use 16 gauge channel. Door edge protection lip. Frame leaf alignment rib for proper hinge and door location.
