The BRHPW30X72S1T roof hatch is designed with white roofs in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. The BRHPW30X72S1T is simple to install and operate. The BRHPW30X72S1T curb is manufactured from 14 galvanized steel and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 14GA galvanized steel lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1″ thick rigid insulation. The BRHPW30X72S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is white powder coat.
