The BRHHG30X96S1T roof hatch is a Miami-Dade approved and labeled unit that provides easy access to roof areas in coastal areas. The BRHHG30X96S1T is simple to install and operate. The BRHHG30X96S1T curb is manufactured from 14GA galvanized steel and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 14GA galvanized steel lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1″ thick rigid insulation. The BRHHG30X96S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is red oxide powder coat.
